In 2019 38,000 visitors and over 800 exhibitors attended the most important event in Europe for the oil and gas industry, as peers from 119 countries across the world came together to discuss their business needs at our brand new venue, P&J Live in Aberdeen, Scotland. Here are the highlights.
SPE Offshore Europe 2019 featured carefully curated zones to help align our visitors with our exhibitors. The StartUp Village was launched and designed specifically for new companies to showcase their latest technologies and products, and get noticed all in the one place. We also launched the Energy Transition Hub which connected companies making progress towards a lower carbon future with less environmental impact.
We were proud to present our ENGenious Zone for a second time, and continue our drive towards transformative data analytics, machine learning and artificial technology in the industry. Our popular Decommissioning Zone returned and brought together highly targeted technical, business and government industry professionals. Networking was made easy with our exhibitor pods which showcased companies leading the way in carbon reduction, climate change mitigation, and reduced environmental impact in operations.
