Keeping you safe

Last updated: 06/01/2022

Your safety and your business are our priorities. At SPE Offshore Europe, both are in safe hands.

At SPE Offshore Europe, we are all about connecting people, and so the health and safety of our visitors, exhibitors and staff is of the utmost priority. Our team are working closely with local authorities, partners and venues to implement robust safety measures, which mean our event may look a little different this year. On this page, and in our communications to you, we will continue to update you with the specifics as we approach the show.

The below regulations are based on current guidelines and legislation set out by Scottish Government and are subject to change. We will continue to review and update the regulations in line with the latest government and venue guidance. Please check back regularly for updates.

Events in the new normal

The Second Edition of Reed Exhibitions’ Global COVID-19 ‘Safety Shows’ Health & Safety strategy represents a refresh, keeping pace with the evolving pandemic; emerging research; changes in thinking and practice etc. as the event industry gradually adapts and reopens for business. We’ve planned-for and tested the ‘what’ and the ‘how’ that will be necessary to respond to the risks associated with COVID-19.

Responding effectively to COVID-19 is a shared responsibility. We must all adopt new practices, respect each other, and follow science-based guidelines to safeguard ourselves and others. Let’s work together to overcome the challenges, bring people together and get businesses growing again.
