Where can I download the floorplan?
If I have Questions or Need Assistance at the Show, who do I Ask?
There are official Information Points around the exhibition floor where you can ask for assistance. These will be marked on all event floorplans, the catalogue and the route-planner. There will also be ‘Ask Me’ staff circulating around the event and will be able to assist.
Is there a Safe place to leave my Coat/Jacket?
There is a cloakroom available to all visitors in the main exhibition registration area which charges £2 per item.

How do I Register?

I Haven’t Registered for SPE Offshore Europe Online – Can I Still Attend?
If you haven’t pre-registered online before the show, you can still gain entry into the show but we advise you try to register beforehand to avoid queues.
When Will I Receive My Badge?
Your badge will be sent to you a via email and you can print it prior to arriving. If you do happen to lose, simply bring your conformation email with you and you’ll be able to re-print your badge on the touchscreens.
I’m Travelling from outside Aberdeen, where can I Stay?

I am Travelling to Aberdeen from Abroad – do I need a Visa?
If you are visiting Aberdeen from overseas you will require certain documentation and possibly a visa.

I need a Visa Letter for my Visa Application, can you provide one?
SPE Offshore Europe offers a visa letter service to all registered exhibitors and visitors. Once you have completed your registration you will see a button to request a visa letter. The letter is intended to support your visa application, we have no influence over the visa application process.
