Smart lead capture

No need to worry about collecting business cards or manually entering data, Offshore Europe is a smart event! We provide a smart solution to gather all your leads easily in one place during the event, so that you can quickly download all your leads after the event and start marketing to them straight away. There are 2 ways in which you will get leads at Offshore Europe:

Gather leads through exhibitor-led Emperia app

You and your team can download the Emperia app to your smartphone and scan visitors badges at the show to receive their details.

Gather leads through visitor-led Colleqt QR

We will provide you with a Colleqt QR code to display on your stand, allowing visitors to quickly and easily access your business information without the need for printed materials or business cards. This visitor-led approach saves time for both exhibitors and visitors, and means you are less likely to miss out if you are busy talking to other leads.

We can build your stand

To offer you a unique and cost effective stand design and build option without the hassle of expensive stand designers and builders, we used our expertise to develop SmartSpace.

You can choose fully customised bespoke or modular system stands, which can be altered to your preferences and are tailor-made to meet your needs. Here is a little more about your options.

Bespoke Designs

A completely unique design concept, designed specifically to your requirements. Once you have decided on an idea for your stand, you will send your brief to the SmartSpace team who will design a stand concept. Alternatively, feel free to show the team an existing stand design you would like replicate (take a look through our photo gallery below for inspiration)!

System Stands

A tailored, cost effective and flexible modular solution. Start the design process by choosing one or two open sides, your stand size and one of the three main designs (ONS, SUR and PIC). The System Stands can be tailored specifically to your requirements using a range of standard components that fit together to ensure it stands out from your competitors.
