Late Life Operations – Optimising performance, extending life and changing mindset!

03 Sep 2019, 14:30 - 16:30

Decom Theatre

Decisions made during late life operations not only impact the production efficiency but also the decommissioning liability of offshore facilities.  This is more evident, due to the restricted funding and maintenance often seen during late life. However, small investments in digital strategies has both the capacity to maximise the economic recovery and improve safety through a de-manning of facilities.”

This session will look at cases studies and strategies for reducing cost, increasing reliability and uptime and extending operating life during late life operations, through the adoption of new and digital technologies and a deeper understanding of the condition of equipment.
