Book your stand for 2013
The deadline has now passed for 2011 main stand holders to rebook their 2011 stand location.
If you would like to rebook a stand for 2013, please complete the form in the attached link and provide clear details of what stand size and location you would like to book. A member of the sales team will contact you in January to discuss this and available options.
Please note, we will be contacting all new enquiries in order of the date and time we receive their interest form from May 2012 onwards. The deadline for existing 2011 exhibitors to rebook their existing stand location has now passed.
Pricing Details
Pricing From 1st December 2011:
Space Only - Halls 1, 2, 3, 5 £390 per m² (plus £150 stand approval charge)
Space Only - Halls 4 or 6 £365 per m² (plus £150 stand approval charge)
Shell Scheme (in addition to any space only cost above, providing walls, carpet,
name board & spotlights) £70 per m² + VAT
All exhibitors will be charged £125 + VAT Registration fee and £300 + VAT Internet listing
