Title 30 Series Description The 30 Series is a wide range Pressure Calibrator that fits easily into a shirt pocket. With room for two pressure ports and milliamp inputs, the 30 Series can calibrate transmitters, gauges, regulators, and sensors with 0.05% of reading accuracy. Its original design is so popular, it has remained virtually unchanged since 1996. Intrinsically Safe operation, a pressure range from vacuum to 5000 psi and intuitive keypad make this Calibrator the most useful tool in a field technician's tool box. Each 30 Series is fully temperature compensated, requiring no additional accuracy offsets for operation between 0°C to 50°C, and includes an accredited calibration certificate with test data at 5 different temperatures. Title CPF Description CPF Fittings & Hose are a new line of quick-test pressure fittings for calibration & test applications -- designed with an emphasis on safety. Crystal Pressure Fittings (CPF) perform at up to 10,000 PSI (MAWP), with a 4:1 Safety Factor and feature a Safety Weep Hole to warn against disconnections while a system remains under pressure. Each fitting is machined in 316 Stainless Steel and laser markings indicate the fitting type, size, part number, and Maximum Allowable Working Pressure to prevent a mismatched connection. An industry-first O-ring allows CPF Fittings to maintain a leak-free seal up to 10,000 PSI with only finger-tightening. This offers an alternative to commonly-used NPT Fittings, which require technicians to wrap their fittings in thread tape and use a wrench to tighten each installation. Unlike other quick-change fittings, the O-rings in CPF Fittings are also easily replaceable. CPF Fittings are completely compatible with HIP, Autoclave, and other industry standard fittings. Title nVision Description The nVision Reference Recorder is an Intrinsically Safe, hand-held device for recording pressure (up to 15 000 psi), temperature, current, and voltage. Accurate enough to replace a dead-weight tester; rugged enough to sit in 3 feet of water without damage; portable enough to complete calibrations anywhere -- the nVision records up to 500,000 data points at 10 readings per second from two modular sensor ports. Readings from either sensor have an accuracy up to 0.025% of the indicated reading. Using both sensors, the nVision takes differential measurements at up to 0.05% of reading accuracy. All readings are fully temperature compensated, requiring no additional accuracy offsets for operating temperatures between -20°C to 50°C, and includes an accredited calibration certificate with test data at 5 different temperatures. During a test, the high-resolution LCD screen allows panning and zooming across any data set without pausing the recording. The nVision runs on 4 AA alkaline batteries for 200 hours and weighs less than 2 lbs. The nVision is available as a field unit or a test bench unit. Title XP2i Description The XP2i is the oil & gas industry standard for pressure measurement, offering an accuracy of 0.1% of the indicated reading for operating temperatures between -10°C to 50°C. Multiple firmware modes make the XP2i more versatile than any other pressure gauge on the market. Pressure Safety Valve Test mode operates the XP2i at 7 readings per second and captures the maximum recorded pressure. DataloggerXP turns the XP2i into a Pressure Data Recorder with a capacity of 5000 data points. Free configuration software allows Custom Pressure Units (ie. feet of seawater) and toggles any standard pressure unit, making the XP2i completely customizable. The XP2i is ruggedized to withstand vibration, a fall from up to 2 meters, and accidental overpressure at up to two times the indicated limit.
