Product/Service Information
Electrical Feed Thru System
Title Electrical Feed Thru System
Description EFS, Electrical Feed Thru System, a single conductor system providing a robust and reliable electrical communication system between downhole permanently installed instrumentation and a surface mounted data acquisition system. The EFS is designed for use up to 15,000 psi and 350F applications, available in vertical and horizontal configurations, utilizing field-proven hermetic glass-to-metal seals at pressure bearing interfaces.

Electrical Penetrator
Title Electrical Penetrator
Description Electrical penetrators provide the pressure barrier and electrical signal transmission between a controlled electronics environment and a high pressure medium. Penetrator configurations can consist of one to several hundred pins. Each penetrator is glass-sealed for maximum pressure integrity and can be modified to incorporate boot seals for redundant protection. Penetrators are ideal for instrument housings in extremely difficult environments, such as downhole applications.

Gross Alignment Funnel/Enhanced Latching Indicator System (GAF/ELI) ™
Title Gross Alignment Funnel/Enhanced Latching Indicator System (GAF/ELI) ™
Description GAF, a robust, fully-retrofitable design to increase ROV mating accuracy, significantly reduces ROV operator variability in environmental conditions, ultimately resulting in faster mating/demating, to lower overall operator costs. ELI presents visual mating indication closer to the ROV mated connector handle area. Four high-visibility yellow pins rest inside the handle when unmated, and the pins extend out when successful mating occurs.

Nautilus™ 6.6KVAC High-Power Connector Systems 6.6-300-3, 6.6-300-2, 6.6-300-1™
Title Nautilus™ 6.6KVAC High-Power Connector Systems 6.6-300-3, 6.6-300-2, 6.6-300-1™
Description Innovative High-Power ROV Wet-Mateable Connector Systems designed for use in tomorrow’s deep subsea pumping, processing & boosting applications where high pressure and temperature performance and survivability are mandatory. Since each phase is fully shielded, the possibility of E-field phase interaction is eliminated. The connector system can be operated wet or dry, allowing motor operation on land or in deep water.

Pressure & Pressure/Temperature Sensor Probe
Title Pressure & Pressure/Temperature Sensor Probe
Description Field-tested silicon-based piezoresistive technology. Provides high accuracy pressure (<0.025% FS) & temperature (<0.3% CR) between -40 °C & 180 °C. DSP electronics provide intelligent data filtering/drift monitoring. Measurements sent, with temperature data, to a data acquisition system in real time. Output options include: RS485, Profibus, Canbus, and 4-20mA, and redundancy options for transducers and electronics are available to reduce downtime.

Teledyne Oil & Gas FACT G2
Title Teledyne Oil & Gas FACT G2
Description The FACT G2 modularized system, which provides isolation of the cable elements using a penetrator assembly, eliminates cable-dependent design limitations and common mode/single point failures. The FACT G2 penetrator assemblies may be terminated directly to atmospheric enclosures or pressure balanced dielectric fluid-filled splice canisters. This penetrator assembly has also been designed with modularity in mind and may be used with ancillary accessories to adapt to a wide array of interfaces.

Teledyne Oil & Gas Nautilus™ High-Power Ceramic Penetrator
Title Teledyne Oil & Gas Nautilus™ High-Power Ceramic Penetrator
Description Trends in Subsea Oil & Gas production are moving towards deeper water and longer step-out distances. These trends drive demand for higher power equipment and higher power delivery and distribution capabilities subsea in extreme pressures and temperatures. Electrical penetrators are used in subsea systems to power submersible pumps (EPS’s) and other electrical equipment. Other applications include oil separation units, water injection pumps, boosting units and atmospheric chambers.
