Clevis Pin Load Cell
Title Clevis Pin Load Cell
Description Stellar Technology’s Series LDP990 load cells are designed specifically for applications where clevis pins, shear pins, shear axles, or pulley shafts are carrying the load. These load pins are
ideal for real time force monitoring of loads carried by these types of devices. In addition, clevis pin load cells are used for coiled tubing injectors to measuring both the injector forces and the hanging weight of the tubing. STI’s clevis pin load
cells are constructed of all welded stainless steel and are hermetically sealed to meet the most severe operating conditions. Series LDP990 load
pins are available with internal amplifiers providing high level analog outputs and digital outputs. Optional shackle kits consisting of shackle, load
positioning roller, and orientation bracket are also available. Intrinsically safe (ATEX and CSA) versions are available with 4-20 mA output. All Series LDP990 load pins are manufactured to be shock and vibration resistant. Each unit is shipped with an 11 point calibration record traceable
to NIST as standard.

Coiled Tubing Load Cell

Description Stellar Technology’s coiled tubing injector load cells are low profile, tension and compression,pancake designs with 4-20 mA output. This CT load cell is both ATEX and CSA certified for intrinsic safety. This load transmitter incorporates a threaded-through center hole with dual diaphragms which reduces off-axis sensitivity, increases rigidity, and improves accuracy. STI’s
coiled tubing load cells are constructed of all welded stainless steel to meet the demanding requirements
of both onshore and offshore oil and gas
applications. Hermetically sealed stainless steel connectors ensure a fully hermetic load cell. Additional design features include low sensitivity
to shock and vibration and high resolution. These load cells can be configured to replace existing hydraulic load cells or other types of electronic load cells without redesigning the injector. Tension
and compression setup and calibrations are per the customer’s requirements. Each unit is shipped with a 11 point calibration record traceable to NIST
as standard.

Description All STI Hammer Union sensors feature an all-welded stainless steel / inconel design to insure reliability in the most demanding applications. All units come standard with shock and vibration protection, including robust connectors which are machined from a single piece of bar stock, and each pin has a glass-to-metal seal. These units feature microelectronics for internal signal conditioning to increase reliability and provide a more compact package. The unit is available in standard WECO® 1502, 2002, 2202 configurations and Complies with NACE Standard MR0175/ISO15156 (2003). Digital outputs are available including CANbus (J1939, CANopen), RS-232, RS-485. Intrinsically safe certification from ATEX and CSA is available.

Description The FT110 is an extremely small, accurate and reliable flush diaphragm pressure transducer. Rugged, robust bonded foil strain gage technology is
employed to provide static and dynamic pressure measurement. Additionally, the
unit provides a low sensitivity to shock and vibration, infinite resolution, and excellent transient response times through a wide temperature range.

The standard unit provides a 1-2 mV/V output. As with all of STI’s products, this unit offers many mechanical adaptations which compliment STI’s “Application-Solutions” to meet the demands of today’s marketplace.

Description The Series CTH932 load cells are designed specifically for the polished rod of an oilfield pump off control system. Each of these load cells is
designed to meet the rigorous performance standards required in the harsh environment of an oilfield production site. These 0.25% accuracy
load cells are constructed of all welded stainless steel, are hermetically sealed, and have a robust
cable strain relief. These application specific load cells have transient voltage protection for lightning and/or power line surges. Each load cell is shock and vibration rated during the manufacturing process. Electrical output is 2 mV/V and as mV/V units, these passive devices are inherently intrinsically safe. Standard full scale capacities range from 20,000 lbf. to 80,000 lbf. Customer specific
configurations can also be designed.

Description The Series RDE900 Shackle load cells are special rod-end tension force configurations incorporating integral tongue shackle connections. Constructed of all welded stainless steel, these
bonded foil strain gaged force sensors provide reliable performance for very demanding application conditions. Additional design features include low sensitivity to shock and vibration and
high resolution. Customers can also specify optional internal amplifiers for analog (current and voltage) or digital outputs (RS232, RS485, CANbus). Intrinsically safe 4-20 mA output versions are available. Subsea Wellbore Pressure and Temperature
Title Subsea Wellbore Pressure and Temperature
Description The Series PT36XX subsea wellbore pressure and temperature transducer
provides long-term reliable performance in harsh subsea oil and gas exploration
environments. This subsea P/T transducer is designed for working pressure to 15,000 psi and seawater depths to 17,000 ft. It has a total error band of ±1% of full scale output. Both temperature and pressure sensors are located at the flushend of the wellbore probe. This design feature improves dynamic response and also alleviates clogging. The PT36XX is constructed with no external load-bearing welds thus increasing both service life and field serviceability. This wellbore sensor features true secondary containment rated to 20,000 psi. The standard unit incorporates a 3 1/16 inch API flange although customers can specify flange size. Probe lengths are available in lengths of 3” to 24”. Both probe lengths and electrical terminations are customer specified. A selection of electrical outputs is
available; 4-20 mA , 0-5 Vdc, 0-10 Vdc as well as digital outputs including RS232, RS485, and CANbus. The PT36XX is field proven with years of reliable use.
Each transducer is shipped with a multi-point calibration record traceable to NIST as standard. Material traceability is also available.
