Travelling to Aberdeen by Sea

  • As the principal sea port of the north east of Scotland, Aberdeen is served by Northlink Ferries, which run to and from Lerwick, the main port of the Shetland Isles, and Kirkwall, the capital of the Orkneys.

    Aberdeen's ferry terminal is located on Regent Road, a short walk from the city centre and from the bus and railway stations on Guild Street, where onward connections and taxis are available.
