Registration & Badges
How do I Register?
To join us at the event please register your interest to attend and to be notified once registration is open. If you have any difficulties with registration please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to help.
I Haven’t Registered for SPE Offshore Europe Online – Can I Still Attend?
Only pre-registered attendees can attend the show. Please make sure you register before arriving at the venue to gain entry into the show. Make sure you download and print your badge to avoid queues.
When Will I Receive My Badge?
Your badge will be sent to you a via email and you can print it prior to arriving. If you do happen to lose, simply bring your conformation email with you and you’ll be able to re-print your badge on the touchscreens.
At The Show
What are the show dates?
SPE Offshore Europe 2025 will take place from 2-5 September.
Will I be able to print off my visitor badge at the venue?
To help manage queues we will not provide printing facilities as we have in previous years. Therefore all visitors must print their badge before arriving in order to gain access to the event. We will provide badge holders upon arrival.
Can I bring my child with me to SPE Offshore Europe?
Unfortunately, we do not allow any children in the exhibition halls under the age of 16.
Will there be WiFi inside the exhibition halls?
There is free WIFI available throughout the building.
If I have Questions or Need Assistance at the Show, who do I Ask?
There are official Information Points around the exhibition floor where you can ask for assistance. These will be marked on all event floorplans, the catalogue and the route-planner. There will also be ‘Ask Me’ staff circulating around the event and will be able to assist.
Is there a Safe place to leave my Coat/Jacket?
There is a cloakroom provided for visitors and exhibitors in the P&J Live Atrium. Please note that there is a £3 charge per item.

How do I find my way around the event?
At the venue, you will be guided around the event by directional signage and there will be information points throughout the venue with staff who can assist you. Make sure to download the OE23 App as its interactive floorplan will help you get to where you need to be with ease.

Visas
I am Travelling to Aberdeen from Abroad – do I need a Visa?
If you are visiting Aberdeen from overseas you will require certain documentation and possibly a visa.

I need a Visa Letter for my Visa Application, can you provide one?
SPE Offshore Europe offers a visa letter service to all registered exhibitors and visitors. Please reach out to our Customer Services for the visa letter. The letter is intended to support your visa application, we have no influence over the visa application process.
